Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Boot Camp
Fridays, May 4 - 18, 2018 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Lean Six Sigma is a data-driven approach to problem solving, focusing on process improvement through waste and defect reduction–and almost always resulting in cost savings. The methodology utilizes a blend of both the Lean and Six Sigma tool sets. It follows a structured sequence of problem solving techniques to arrive at a solution.
Cincinnati State’s boot camp course implements elements of traditional model of Six Sigma training and certification. Our course helps students to begin to develop into Lean Six Sigma practitioners – not just theorists or academics. The accelerated delivery format allows students to complete certification requirements faster than traditional Six Sigma and Lean training programs.
The primary objective of this course is to prepare you to successfully pass the IASSC™ Green Belt ExamThe cost of the exam is included in the course fee.
This is a college credit bearing course (two credit-hours), and may be eligible for your employer's tuition reimbursement program.
