    • Send test emails to yourself
    • When ready to send, choose immediate delivery or schedule delivery in the future

Refund Registrant Purchases*

  • The Registrant List has a new link for CONFIRMED payments only:
    • Refund the full price of a sales item
    • Enter a partial refund of a sales item
    • Enter a refund of sales tax, online convenience fees or any other partial payment
    • All refunds appear on email receipts and invoices
    • Text can be added to explain the refund to the registrant as well as a message to the internal admins
    • An automatic email message is sent to the registrant upon finalizing the refund
  • The Reports tab contains a Refund Overview report that lists all refund detail

* = No money is actually refunded to the registrant. Actual money refunds will be made to the registrant through your merchant account. This tool allows your event database sales reports to match your merchant account reports.

Arrears Report - New

  • This report displays all of your registrant's that have UNCONFIRMED payments along with details of the total amount
  • Look for this new report on your Reports tab,Sales Reports section

QR and Bar Codes on Name Badges

  • Bar codes contain the registrant's unique ID number
    • Vendors collect scans of the barcodes and submit the .CSV file of IDs in return for a pre-configured report of registrant information
  • Add QR codes to your name badges and email confirmation messages
    • Customize the contents of the QR code with data from your About You fields
    • The QR codes can be scanned by vendors, to whom you can provide lead retrieval information
    • Scan the QR codes to mark an attendee's arrival to your conference

Onsite KIOSK Mode

  • Set up registrant-facing computers to allow self-check in
  • Custom messages can be added to the check in screens
  • Require a registrant to have a confirmed payment prior to checking in
  • The registrant can print their own name badge
  • The check in process can mark the registrant as attended

Conditional Sessions and Sales Items

  • Allows you to conditionally display sessions and/or sales items based on a single question response or a combination of question responses selected by the registrant
  • Useful for prompting for a Registrant Type and then displaying, to the registrant, different combinations of selections, based on the registrant type they selected
    • Each registrant type selection can display a different sales price for a ticket
    • Each registrant type selection can display a different set of sessions that can be selected by the registrant
  • Useful for displaying only sessions that are scheduled for a certain day if the registrant selects to attend on that day
  • Very powerful - no limits to the number of Display Rules you can set up
  • Look for this new tool on the Tools tab > Questionnaire Wizard Menu > Conditional Sessions/Sales

Turn ON or OFF the display of remaining session seats on a per session basis

  • If you have set a maximum number of slots for a session, you can display the remaining number of slots on the registration page
  • Look for this new setting on the create/edit screen for each session

Event Preferences has 2 new tools

  • Look for these new settings on the Event Editor tab > Event Preferences (near the bottom)
    • Allow or Block Registrants from editing their Registrations
    • Allow or Block Duplicate Email Address Registrations

Automated Customer Surveys

  • We like to hear from you - about our service, our product, what you like and don't like and suggestions for new tools
  • We have automated the sending of a customer survey 2 days after your event ends
