Tools Menu is your "headquarters" for all registrant
management tools. The tools are divided into 6 categories:

Package 2 includes all
of the functionality of Package 0 and adds the Session
Wizard.
If you want your registrants to sign up for classes,
workshops, tracks or other "small events" within your
event, then you should add the Session Wizard.
These are a few of the many session properties that
you can set:
- wait lists: On or Off
- set maximum seats with email notification as limit
approaches
- require signup, or not
- link to a sales item if you are selling access
to a session
- send reminders and post-session surveys
- move registrants from one session to another with
automatic email notification

Package 3 includes all
of the functionality of Package 0 and adds the Sales
Wizard.
Sell tickets and other event related items.
Each sales item can:
- set the price
- set the maximum quantity available
- set whether or not a purchase is required
- include a picture of the item
- set start and stop selling dates
- set up promo codes
- set early bird discounts
- set up alternative methods of payment, such as
PO, Pay-at-the-Door, Mail-in check.

Package 4 includes all
of the functionality of Package 0 and adds both the
Questionnaire and the Session Wizards.

Package 0 is the basic
registration website. Registrant information capture
can be customized by adding additional fields and removing
existing fields.
All fields can be printed on name badges.

Package 1 includes all
of the functionality of Package 0 and adds the Questionnaire
Wizard.
The Questionnaire Wizard is used to add additional questions
to your registration page. Responses can be:
- text fields and areas
- radio buttons
- checkbox buttons
- dropdown lists
Questions can be displayed using conditional logic:
if a certain response is chosen, additional questions
will be revealed.

You can create and email Post-Event Surveys right from your Admin Dashboard. You can send the same survey or a different survey to each of these groups: - Attendees
- No-shows
- Invited but did not register
- Individual sessions
You can also use Conditional Logic questions in your post-event surveys. Below is an example of a Post-Event Survey:
