BLS Health Care Provider CPR Initial Course
The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider is a four hour course. This course is designed for those in the medical field who require the two year certification. The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.
All students are required to obtain a student manual. The manual must be brought to the course for use as a resource during class as well as the written examination.
