Conference Event Sponsorships
The National World War I Museum offers sponsorship opportunities for the International Centennial Planning Conference on World War I. This is a great opportunity to support the Museum's efforts to identify and analyze future opportunities and events surrounding the upcoming WWI Centennial Commemoration.
 
Conference $500 Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor Benefits:
• Listing in conference materials and special recognition at breakfast and/or lunch event
• Listing in E-newsletter - reaching over 6,000
• Logo and links on the Museum’s website - averaging over 20,000 visits a month
• Public acknowledgement at the conference & exhibit space
 
Conference $1,000 Dinner Sponsor Benefits:
• Listing in conference materials and special recognition at dinner event
• Listing in E-newsletter - reaching over 6,000
• Logo and links on the Museum’s website - averaging over 20,000 visits a month
• Public acknowledgement at the conference & exhibit space
• Official “Welcome” and speaking opportunity at dinner
 
Conference $2,500 Sponsor Benefits:
• Listing in all conference publicity, media and public relations efforts to promote the partnership when applicable. This includes media releases, Facebook page and other social media outreach.
• Logo and links on the Museum’s website - averaging over 20,000 visits a month
• Public acknowledgement at the conference & exhibit space
• Invite to private reception with conference speakers
• Opportunity to moderate a panel discussion during conference meeting sessions
• Waived conference registration fee for any participants attending from organization (max. 4)
 
*Exhibit space will be offered in the Museum for all Sponsors free of charge. A $100 fee will be charged to publishers, tourism operators, and others who wish to promote their organization or business during this event.
