TRUMPETER SWAN NEEDLEFELT ages 15 and up
The trumpeter swan is the largest species of North American waterfowl. Celebrate our local resident trumpeter swan population with this needlefelted wool painting as this year’s project in The Net Loft’s Copper River Shorebird Needlefelt Collection. Class fee of $35 includes materials and instruction. Framing and Needlefelt Tool Supply Kit extra. Please specify if you will need Needlefelt Tool Kit ($45) Bring 12x12 foam, needlefelt tool and needles to class if you have them.
Suitable for framing.

ALAGANIK SCENIC VIEW ages 14 and up
Alaganik Slough provides magnificent views of meadows and mountains while birdwatching. Create a keepsake featuring this special spot with a needlefelted wool painting as this year’s project in The Net Loft’s Copper River Shorebird Scenic Needlefelt Series. Class fee of $35 includes materials and instruction. Framing and Needlefelt Tool Supply Kit extra. Please specify if you will need Needlefelt Tool Kit ($45) Bring 12x12 foam, Clover five needle needlefelt tool and extra fine needles to class if you have them.

SHOREBIRD CRAFTING SESSIONS ages 6-10 with parent helper, ages 10 and up all others
ALAGANIK SCENE on a BRANCH: WOOL NEEDLEFELT Postcard Size
8:30- 10 AM OR 10:30 – 12 noon $ 5.00 includes all tools & materials
FELTED EGGS & GRASSES NEST in a terrarium 12:30-2 pm
$20 includes all materials including terrarium
Sunday May 6 2:30 – 5:30 pm
FEATHER & EGGS SHADOWBOX ages 12 and up
Using watercolor and gouache hand paint and papercut feathers and eggs to mount and create a framed shadowbox. Feathers may be painted stylized or natural.
$42 includes 8 x 10 shadow box frame. & all paints and materials.
