Mashpee Oktoberfest Vendor Application 2017

Dear Crafters, Non-Profits and Food Vendors:

Please join us at Mashpee's 31st Annual Oktoberfest, a one-day event held on the Village Green in Mashpee Commons.  This year's event is SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 from 10am - 4pm.  The rain date is the next day, Sunday, October 1 from 11am-4pm.

Last year, over 2,000 people attended our event, and a lot of fun was had by all!

This website will give you all the details and allow you to apply online.

Please read the "ABOUT OUR EVENT" page to learn complete details, then when you are ready to register, simply click the "APPLY HERE" tab.  You may apply as a Crafter, Non-Profit or Food Vendor.

The Basics

  • Refund Policy - You may withdraw up to 3 working days prior to the event, minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be given after this date (3 working days prior to the event.)  

Artists & Crafters will have a reserved space to display their wares and must bring their own table & tent.  No electricity is provided.  FEES:  Single space 10'x10' = $75.00.  Double space 20'x20' = $150.00

Non Profits will have a reserved place and must bring their own table & Tent.  No electricity is provided.  Single space 10'x10' = $25.00 for non-food items.   Single space 10'x10' selling food items: $75.00.  Double space 20'x20' = $150.00.

Food Vendors:  No more than two of the same items will be sold by food vendors during the event.  All Food Vendors must fill out temporary food Permit application through the Board of Health.  Click here for an application for a permit. Power hookups are limited and will be provided to the first 10 food vendors who make the request. FOOD VENDOR FEES: Single item, size up to 15’x10’ = $100.00. Multiple item, size up to 10x30' = $150.00. Extra long up to 10'x40' = $300.00.

CUT OFF DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22.
