2014 AAGT Annual Conference Registration
CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Thank you for your interest in submitting a Proposal for Conferene.  The deadline has passed and the Call for Proposals is now closed.

If accepted, you will be notified by Dec 15, 2013, at which time you will be eligible to register at the presenter rate. Please do not register until you are notified of acceptance, at which time you will still be able to register at the early-bird rate if you are not presenting.

PRESENTERS:  Lunch is included with your PAID registration.  Please note that there is a limit to 3 Presenters per Breakout Session. 

The AAGT Conference cancellation policy is that you may cancel your registration to the conference and receive a refund minus a $50 handling fee. Refunds will not be made until after the conference and may take up to 30 days. You will receive a check for your registration minus the $50 handling fee, unless it was paid by PO and then that amount will be subtracted from the PO total. To receive a refund, you must request it in writing to AAGT at officemanager@azgifted.com and follow up with a phone call to (602)882-1848.

 


Attendance certificates will be given out at the end of each day. Attendees are responsible for obtaining the certificates. Announcements will be made at the conference regarding “how, where, and when”. Attendance Certificates will not be issued after February 7, 2014.
