2014 AAGT Annual Conference Registration
We can accept payment by credit card, personal check, or District PO.  If you are paying with a District PO, you will receive reminder emails until the PO has been submitted, Invoiced, and PAID.  Please help us by following up with your District to see if they have submitted the PO, received the Invoice, and PAID, if you continue to receive a reminder email.

If two people are being registered on a single 2-day registration, please be sure to include both names on the PO that you submit, stating that they are sharing a single 2-day registration.

The AAGT Conference cancellation policy
 is that you may cancel your registration to the conference and receive a refund minus a $50 handling fee. Refunds will not be made until after the conference and may take up to 30 days. You will receive a check for your registration minus the $50 handling fee, unless it was paid by PO and then that amount will be subtracted from the PO total. To receive a refund, you must request it in writing to AAGT at officemanager@azgifted.com and follow up with a phone call to (602)882-1848.
