Reneé Rongen



Reneé Rongen is an award winning humorous and inspirational speaker, author and business consultant. Reneé holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and a Minor in Recreational Socializing from the College of St. Benedict. She studied in Salzburg, Austria and has completed graduate course work at the University of Mary. She is the International Spokesperson for the Pay It Forward Foundation, a member of the National Speakers Association and Minnesota Speaker Association. Renee has served as Trustee on numerous corporate, healthcare, economic development, education and foundation boards, a Founder and Past President of the NW Minnesota Women’s Fund, and is a hospice volunteer. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Women’s Business Center and currently serves as the Chief Energy Officer for her clients across the globe. In the moments between pajama parties and celebrity appearances, Renee can be found doing laundry…or I guess you could call it enjoying quality family time with: husband Tom Terrific, Alexander, Elizabeth, and Grace. Her goal at the end of her life is to say; “I come to You empty. I have nothing left. I used all of the gifts You gave me.”


Elizabeth Scala



Elizabeth Scala, MSN/MBA, RN is a holistic role-model of total wellbeing. With her youthful energy, entertaining flare for fun, and engaging delivery of highly resourceful content she provides upbeat experiences for audiences worldwide. Elizabeth’s work has been referred to as funny and innovative in a way that connects with any diverse group of nurses or nursing students.

Experience the positive enthusiasm of a live presentation by Elizabeth. She will rekindle your passion for nursing, a fire that starts within. As Elizabeth takes pride in walking her talk, she teaches inner shifts that result in lasting change.

Elizabeth received her dual master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. She is also a certified coach and Reiki Master Teacher. Elizabeth lives in Maryland with her supportive husband and a playful pit bull.

Tami Briggs



Tami Briggs is a therapeutic harpist and in 1999, she founded Musical Reflections located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has a certification from the International Harp Therapy Program and has played the harp at the bedside of hundreds of hospital and hospice patients. As a composer and recording artist, she has released 15 CDs for relaxation, comfort, healing and sleep; she has also written two books. Sona Mehring



Sona founded CaringBridge in 1997 when the Internet was just becoming a household name, making her one of the first to recognize that the Internet could create a powerful connection for people to receive emotional and physical support during a health journey. 

Sona is frequently recognized and honored for her passion and visionary leadership. Past honors have included: a "Titans of Technology" award; a "Top 35 Women Leaders" in Minnesota Health Care and one of the "Most Influential Women in Technology." 

Sona is a book author, a member of Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, and a member of the National Caregiver Council.
