CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
In the event you are no longer able to attend the Community Health Symposium and Sapphire Awards, we encourage you to transfer or request a substitution for your registration.Should a cancellation be requested, a partial refund may be granted for cancellation requests made prior to March 15, 2018. A cancellation fee of $25 will be assessed to cover administrative costs. Substitutions are accepted without penalty. Registration fees will not be refunded for any cancellation request received after March 15, 2018. Submit your cancellation or substitution request in writing to the Event Consultant team - hello@kakand.co.
