2014 NJSFAC Trade Show Exhibitor Registration Information
The Convention Committee of the NJSFAC is pleased to extend an invitation to you and your firm to attend and exhibit at our 2014 Convention to be held at the Doubletree Hotel, Somerset, NJ. The dates for the Exhibitors’ Display at the Convention are Friday, October 10, 2014, through Saturday October 11, 2014. Exhibitors are encouraged to have EMS related items available for sale at their display tables.
The Exhibitors’ scheduled set-up time will be on Friday, October 10, from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.
All set-ups must be completed no later than 10:30 AM on Friday.

NOTE: Tables will be located near the Banquet/Meeting hallway on the 1st floor or outside the classrooms on the 2nd floor. Vehicle spaces will be located outside in the front parking area of the hotel. Those who request a vehicle space must also reserve at least one inside table space. Security personnel will be provided for overnight protection of goods.
