brand. Our in-house graphics team creates a custom
skin for all of your customer-facing online collateral.
All event related communications are delivered
to your customers under your company's private
labeled, online event registration system with
the power of rsvpBOOK under the hood.

- Event coordinators, owners and managers arrive on their respective Member Dashboards
Business Pro Edition DashboardThis screen is used by your company Administrator (Super User) to manage all events and users.
Your Super User has: - Editorial control - publish or not
- Access to company-wide reports including invoices and account activitiy for all users
- Access to all attendee information on an event level or across many events
Event ManagerUse this screen to monitor all event activity. You can:
- Approve (or not) events created by members
- Contact users by email or phone
- View the registration page
- View event details and status (online, elapsed, archived)
- View how many are attending (and declined)
Manage Invoices- View invoice details
- Pay invoices online (optional - most companies prefer to send one check per month)
- View your company's account history
ReportsView guest lists across all events or for one event.
Guest List ReportThis is a guest list for one event.
User ManagerAdd and edit members (event coordinators).
PreferencesTell the Business Pro Edition how you want it to display certain components.
ToolboxThis screen is where your customized tools will be available to you.
Your first tool is included: we supply a snippet of code that will automatically keep your website's Events page current. - Your Events page will no longer require maintenance
- New events will appear immediately when Super User approves them for Online status
- Elapsed events will automatically disappear
Emailed InvitationThis screen is an example training invitation that is emailed under your branding. It includes:
- Your private label in the header and footer
- A graphic banner unique to the event
- A clickable link to the registration page
- The event owner's contact information
Registration pageThis screen is your company's event registration page under your private label. It includes:
- An event graphic and description
- Event details
- The About You section captures attendee information
- The Sessions section captures session choices (Session Wizard)
- The Survey section captures additional information (Questionnaire Wizard)
Thank You for registering pageYour attendee's Thank You for registering page includes: - Attendee login information useful to edit their registration
- A link to a printer-friendly version of their Session schedule (if any)
- Contact information for the event owner
Emailed ConfirmationThis is your attendee's email confirmation under your branding. It includes:
- Event details
- A Session schedule (if any)
- A link to a printer-friendly session schedule (if any)
