Arkansas Mission of Mercy 2026 Dental Clinic

Volunteer Registration

Arkansas Mission of Mercy (ARMOM) is an annual free dental service clinic for under-served Arkansans, sponsored by the Arkansas State Dental Association and Delta Dental. Centrally located at the Conway Expo Center, the 2026 event will be April 10-11.

Register as a volunteer now to choose your preferred shifts and receive email updates. Add it to your calendar and share this with others who might be interested in volunteering with us. You can go back in and edit your registration if anything changes between now and April.

By end of March, we finalize orders of color-coded volunteer t-shirts that indicate roles at the clinic, which are very important for clinic flow. If you register late, we cannot guarantee you a t-shirt.

Thanks!

Steps to Register as a Volunteer
  • 1. IMPORTANT: Add these 2 email addresses to your email Contacts to ensure your Registration Confirmation and other important Volunteer information do NOT go to your spam filter!

    2. Every person must REGISTER as a NEW Volunteer EVERY YEAR, including those who worked prior events. Register each volunteer separately, ensuring the CORRECT email address for each one.

Every year, we need your current contact info, choice of shifts, shirt size, meals needed, etc. A shared email address may be used; just be sure to forward all ARMOM emails to all Volunteers using it (or print and pass along).

    3. Choose your REGISTRANT TYPE, such as Dentist, Hygienist, Nurse, Pharmacist, Lay Volunteer (non-licensed; includes Students), etc. then hit Continue. This limits the list of Volunteer jobs for you.

    4. In the About You section, required fields are marked with an asterisk (*), including checking a box indicating that you agree to the ARMOM Volunteer Service Agreement.

    5. Under Volunteer Positions, hit the Plus Sign + to see AM & PM shifts. Then click the box next to every shift you can work - limit 1 job per Session One or Two. If you can work all day, select both Sessions. You will get breaks!

If your favored spot is full, select your next favorite job for the same shift AND email armomvolunteers@comcast.net, providing your registered name and preferred email address so we'll know where to put you if a spot opens up.

    6. Make sure you entered your email address correctly. Hit the SUBMIT button.

    • If you do NOT see Thank You page immediately, you are NOT registered. Please scroll up to see if you missed answering a question.

    7. Check your Email inbox right away.
    • If you do NOT see a Confirmation Email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
    • If it's definitely not in Spam/Junk, check with your school or employer email provider to see whether they might have a setup that blocks our emails.
    • As a last resort, email armomvolunteers@comcast.net, providing your registered name and preferred email address, so we can follow up.
