Concrete to Confident: Strengthening Student Understanding of Fractions and Decimals

This interactive workshop highlights the power of manipulatives to make fractions and decimals accessible for all learners. Participants will explore how tools like fraction strips and base-ten blocks can support student understanding, helping learners visualize concepts and confidently perform operations. Teachers will leave with practical, classroom-ready strategies to strengthen conceptual understanding and support diverse learners.

Intended Audience: Grades 3–6 teachers, special education teachers, administrators, instructional coaches, and middle school RTI teams

Suggested (not required): Attend as a school team
