but are not limited to, the creation of events, registration
of registrants and the processing of secure online payments.

is not stored in our databases.

the information collected from registrants, is deleted from
our system one (1) year after the end date of the event. The
administrator of the event has access to all information collected
relating to their event and can examine and download this
information, as desired, until the information is deleted
from our system. In addition, we will provide any and all
information required under law to the appropriate legal or
judicial agencies, to include subpoenas, court orders, or
legal processes, or to establish or exercise our legal rights
or to defend against legal claims.

loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Our secure server encrypts all of your personal information,
including your name, address, and credit card information,
so that it cannot be read as it is transmitted over the Internet.
