Thank you for volunteering for the 2023 WDA Foundation Mission of Mercy. We couldn't make this happen without you!
Please note that all volunteers on the clinic floor must be 18 years of age or older, no exceptions. Volunteers at least 16 years of age may volunteer for the following positions: Set-Up, Tear Down, Data Entry, Patient Registration, Volunteer Registration and Hospitality.
Each volunteer needs to register in advance. The system works best if each volunteer uses a unique email address.
Each shift has a maximum number of spaces. Shifts fill first-come, first-served. If you are a general practitioner please leave the speciality slots for the specialists.
Please notify us immediately if your plans change so another volunteer can fill the position.
M.O.M. is a charitable event so we ask that you only sign up for the meals you know you will attend. As much of our food is donated it is difficult to accomodate food allergies.
