- Who: All Auxiliarists (including those in AP status)
- What: Weekend of fun classes, required training, and certifications
- When: Saturday/Sunday, September 21 & 22, 2024
Saturday, September 21st
Classes are scheduled from
0800 - 1200 and from 1300 - 1500
PCA Memorial Service 1100-1200
District Board and Staff Meeting / elections 1500-1700
There will be no dinner by the District or PCA Fair at this event due to the length of Board & Staff Meeting with elections
Sunday, September 22nd
Classes are scheduled from
0800 - 1200 and from 1300 - completion
(Ending times vary upon class choice)
- Where: Coast Guard Island, Alameda
Your Driver's License and Coast Guard Auxiliary ID is needed to
pass security and gain access to the Base on the island - Cost: $15.00 - must registered by September 19th
This for the entire weekend, NOT per class.
There are NO ADDITONAL Convenience fees if you register online.

Each Person Must Register Online Separately

COVID Information:
We will be following the existing COVID Protocols at the time of the event.
Meals:
The Galley will be open on Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and lunch.
The cost for Breakfast is $2.85 and Lunch is $5.70.
Advance ticket purchase is REQUIRED with PCA registration
for Breakfast and Lunch in the Gallery
(Purchase Deadline is September 6th)
There is Subway Sandwiches on the Island (CG Exchange enterence), and various restaurants available in the neighborhood (off the Island).
DIRAUX:
Open both days from 07:30-3:00 for photo IDs (if the new ID machine arrives), proctored exams, and general questions. Contact the DIRAUX office at D11-SMB-D11AUX-Northern@uscg.mil for scheduling exams and photo IDs
District Store:
The District Store will be open both days (Saturday 08:00 am -15:00 pm; Sunday 08:00 am -12:00 pm) for all your shopping pleasures. Yes, they do take debit and credit cards!

To request Berthing at Coast Guard Island please use the Berthing request form. This form can be downloaded by clicking on this link here.
Do not submit the Berthing form with your registration but send it to the MAA office on Coast Guard Island.
