The Westin Memphis Beale Street is pleased to host the Berklee City Music Network Conference 2013, October 28-30, 2013. Experience the home of the blues from this centeral location in the heart of Memphis. The hotel is located minutes away from the Business District and steps away from FedEx Forum, The Rock 'N Soul Museum, Gibson Guitar Factory and Beale Street.  

Accommodations: 
A block of rooms have been reserved at The Westin Memphis Beale Street at a special rate of $149 single or double occupancy per night plus 15.95% tax.  Please call the Westin Reservations toll free at  1-800-937-8461 and mention the group Berklee College of Music/City Music. 

Rooms are available only until the block sells out on or before October 5, 2013 so be sure to call for reservations as soon as possible!
    • Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Visa or MasterCard). 
    • Cancellations must be made by 12 Noon three day’s prior to arrival.
    • Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm
    • A late check-out fee of $100 plus tax will be applied to guests that check-out between 1:00pm-5:00pm
    • A late check-out fee of one night's room and plus tax will be applied to guests that check-out after 5:00pm
