Fractions Fundamentals

Fraction Fundamentals (Grades 1–5)
Fraction Fundamentals invites educators to explore how fraction understanding develops across grade levels through the Kentucky Academic Standards and learning progressions. Participants will engage in hands-on instructional experiences that strengthen conceptual understanding, support alignment across classrooms, and provide meaningful, enjoyable practice. Teachers will leave with practical strategies that build student confidence, deepen understanding, and make fraction learning both accessible and engaging.
