    • Mastery of the KSA – How to stand out in a packet; strategies for fulfilling the application requirements through the KSA process; KSA writing techniques & tips; expand Work Experience presentation tips.
    • Accelerated Self-Development – Workshop designed to expand your knowledge and share best practices to create effective career goals and develop a personal plan of action. Group discussions, example Development Plans, and writing practices incorporated within the session to start developing your personal Action Plan.
    • Not Interviewed, Not Selected, Now What? – Designed for employees with experience applying for jobs and writing KSAs. This session offers advanced strategies and personalized feedback to help you get the interview and land the job. NOTE: Submission of one KSA writing sample is required prior to enrollment.

    • Career Informational Booth Fair - Individuals from various functions in the organization are here to share more about what they do, their recent efforts, and where you can learn more about them.
    • Networking Lunch – Enjoy lunch while connecting with leadership. Various members of leadership will be present at different lunch tables to chat and enjoy lunch with you.
    • Speed Networking – Opportunities to meet leaders in speed rounds of networking. Interact directly with leaders in a more personal setting.
