VP Strategic Accounts and Service Initiatives
Juan has been with the Postal Service for 25 years. He started as a City Letter Carrier in Miami Beach, Florida, and has held various positions of increasing responsibility within the organization including Post Office Support Specialist Team Lead; Florida 3 District Manager, Customer Relations; District Manager, Marketing; Area Business Service Network Specialist; Manager, Business Service Network; Manager, Consumer and Industry Contact; District Retail Specialist; Supervisor, Business Mail Entry; Area Operations Support Specialist; and Customer Support Program Analyst. In his most recent position as Manager, Strategic and Channel Contracts, Juan was responsible for leading the development and implementation of the strategic vision for Channel and Global Direct accounts. He developed and implemented strategic and tactical initiatives for USPS Channel contracts, driving new revenue growth.
Juan studied Business Management and Finance at Florida International University. Juan is a graduate of the Postal Service’s Managerial Leadership Program (MLP)and the Advanced Leadership Program (ALP). He is Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt Certified and a LSS Kaizen Facilitator.
