2014 AAGT Annual Conference Registration
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.  

All Applicants have been notified of their Scholarship status.  If you have a question regarding acceptance, please email officemanager@azgifted.com

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2014 AAGT Annual Conference.  We hope you will still consider attending, register before December 20, 2013, to receive the Early-Bird rate!

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS and RECIPIENTS:
  Scholarships are for a 1-day Registration.  If you choose to attend the second day, you will be responsible for paying for a 1-day Registration for that day.(Early Bird by 12/20/13 = $135, Regular by 2/5/14 = $175, Day of Registration = $235)   Please do not register until you find out whether you will receive the Scholarship, or not. Applications are accepted no later than Dec 1, 2013. Applications are on a first-come and first-served basis, and can run out before, so please don’t delay in applying.Early-Bird Registration is valid through Dec 20, allowing you plenty of time to register upon notification.

The AAGT Conference cancellation policy is that you may cancel your registration to the conference and receive a refund minus a $50 handling fee. Refunds will not be made until after the conference and may take up to 30 days. You will receive a check for your registration minus the $50 handling fee, unless it was paid by PO and then that amount will be subtracted from the PO total. To receive a refund, you must request it in writing to AAGT at officemanager@azgifted.com and follow up with a phone call to (602)882-1848.

 


Attendance certificates will be given out at the end of each day. Attendees are responsible for obtaining the certificates. Announcements will be made at the conference regarding “how, where, and when”. Attendance Certificates will not be issued after February 7, 2014.
